RETURN CASE
Had a Buyer purchase an item and then decided the wanted a return. I will always do a return, so i immediately send a Label for them to return the item. Like always I will give full refund once item is returned in original condition. However this buyer never sent it back, then opened a CASE for eBay to help. eBay has it under review. I get an email from eBay to send a label, which i did original. So I try to go back in and do it again, and again the case has everything on hold pending review. So.. I'm stuck on how to get this completed. There is no possible way to speak to any one at eBay about this case that I have been able to determine. Do I just wait it out and see what happens? Seems like its a simple fix... Ill send the label..
Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

OP4 months agoeBay contacted me.. they are handling it.. was a little confusing with all the emails that are auto generated. Thanks all for the replies! oh and now... i was not an international order.

·4 months agoIf you’ve done everything, you’re supposed to, just wait for the case to close.
