Return cancelled by mistake@
I need to return an item, but I cancelled the return order by mistake, I spoke already wth the vendor and he is agree, I need to reopen the return with the option no longer need item but I can not do it
I need to speak with an agent very urgent the time is running.
What can I do ?!?!?

·1 week agoUgh! Is it the item for which you left feedback alleging that it's fake? Did you check the seller's other feedbacks? They have (so far) 5 negs, all alleging that he sells fakes.
I'm curious.
Did the seller tell you that he couldn't issue a refund or accept a return if the request was open? Did he tell you that it had to be closed?

You'll need to work it out between you and the seller.

·2 weeks agoeBay is light on undo buttons. No way to undo that. You might want to resell it yourself on eBay if you don't want it.

·2 weeks agoOnce cancelled you can't submit another return. If the seller is agreeable (which it seems they are) then you need to work with them to get the return going.
But basically, ebay will be out of the picture. If the seller is trustworthy, you can return the item on your own and the seller can then refund you on their own.
