Return and Refund
Im very upset with the seller that I purchased an item from and end up to be the wrong size and now he don't want me to return the item back so I can get my money back how can a seller sale things and then don't have the money for shipping cost this is the first time I ever heard this really this is bad customer service and if this problem don't get solved and I don't get to return the item back and get my money back your losing a customer I will closed my account with you people and I will never buy from you all again.

·3 years agoFor "buyer errors" the buyer pays return shipping.
When a seller has a "returns not accepted" policy they do not have to accept "remorse" (buyer error) returns.

·3 years agoYou're not communicating with eBay employees... and even if you were I doubt they care about your threat to close your account lmaooo.
If the seller is at fault open a not as described case to get your money back.

·3 years agoa.)Did they send the wrong size or that 'size' didn't work for you?
b.) Were there dimensions on the listing?
c.) Does the seller take returns? If not (as would be shown on the listing, a 'size' issue is a 'remorse' issue and you cannot return it for refund (using not as described is if they send you an apple instead of a sweater, or you CLEARLY ordered a Large and received a Small.
d.) Does the seller take returns with 'buyer pays return shipping? If so, you pay for shipping.
Note that hating on an entire 'venue' where you bought something is like now hating all Hamburgers because the one you got at McDonalds wasn't to your liking.
This is a site that sells nothing and simply puts individual buyers and sellers together. No different than a garage sale, only they ship you the item and obviously, you can't "Try it on first".

Or did the seller ship a different size than what you ordered.
If the seller has no returns accepted in the listing and the seller shipped the size that you ordered, they may not accept the return or if they do accept the return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Please provide more information.

·3 years agoIf you receive an item that's not as described, you have 30 days after receipt to open an item not as described case. You do not have to pay return shipping.
Have you read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
And, just BTW, we are not the "you people" you are upset with. This is a forum where eBay buyers and sellers volunteer free help or advice. Again, us people refer you to the MBG.
