Return an Item is not working for me

Question

Just received a packet of a DVD tv series, the DVDs don't play, just freeze, tried on 2 different players. I contacted the seller, they said I could return if I want to, Obviously I want to return and get a refund. I went to My Purchases, pulled up the item, clicked on Return Item, that came up, filled it in and it will not go further, the Continue button is white-ish yet it does move when I click on it. I've asked the seller to initiate the return but I see a post here where a seller initiated...

Out of curiosity, what DVD set was it? Your discs are probably scratched up and that is why they don't play, but some DVD sets are known to have shipped with manufacturing defects that can cause freezing (among other issues), I have had a number of those end up in my collection over the years. When it freezes at the exact same spot on multiple players, that indicates it may be a manufacturing issue.

It is important to know, because you might end up buying another set with the same issue, and unless the seller tests them no one would know they don't work (you can't tell by looking at them.)

I've asked the seller to initiate the return but I see a post here where a seller initiated return is not working. @trailer_trash_gals I'll go you one better. Sellers can't initiate Returns, anyway.
