Return advice needed
I mistakenly sent a wrong card to buyer. They messaged me telling me this and confirmed I indeed made a mistake. My question is, what is the best way to go about getting the card back I accidentally sent?
thank you!

·2 years agoYou can send a return shipping label and ask buyer to return it.
And you can send the correct card out ASAP...before the returned card.
What would I do...I would send correct card out and tell buyer to keep the card if they want.
And hope for decent feedback for this sale.
It's a mistake of a seller and not a buyer.
And maybe get a "repeat buyer" out of this mistake.

·2 years agoIn short: Buyer files return request, you accept the return and provide a prepaid label, then after the item is returned and in your hands you go to the return on eBay and issue a refund.
