I purchased the item around February and I decided two weeks later to return the shoe didn’t wear it once I eBay authentication said that the shoe wasn’t the same when I bought it and that’s absolutely false the shoe was wear once

Both of these statements can't be true at the same time ... so I think I must not be understanding your post.
Is there anything wrong with the shoes ... or do you just not like them? Not all items can be returned if there's nothing wrong them them.
