I’m trying to return an item that was incorrectly advertised. The seller said it’s no charge but can’t find that option on your return section. Please inform Thx

You will need to open an official eBay return case.
Go to your "Purchases" page -- on the far right is a blue oval that reads "More actions" -- click on that.
Scroll down to "Return this item" -- click on that.
That will take you to the "Return request" page -- click on the "Return reason", and scroll down to "Item didn't match description."
Follow the rest of the instructions, and the seller will send you a prepaid return label.
