Return 2 items to same seller (different orders) - in the same package?
Here's the scenario - Same seller. (I've inquired but no response so far)
#1 - I am returning an order due to the wrong item being shipped. They are providing a label (and I've ordered it again in hopes they get it right this time.)
#2 - I have a second item also just received that I no longer need - (doesn't receive a "free" label for this reason)
I would like to also return this item (in a combined package) using the prepaid label from return #1 above - conserving resources and costs.
The regular return process forces the purchase of a shipping label (when I already have one for the other return). I would like to consolidate the two returns in one package . There is near zero weight or size difference. I can easily separate them into two well labeled packages inside the one envelope with the pre-paid label from #1.
Is there a way to do this? It would be the same return tracking number for both orders.
