i requested a return and received an email with the return information. When I click the link - it states cannot find order. Also when i go to find the order nothing comes up. my return is good until 5/18

Did you make the purchase as a guest?
If you didn't make it on the @117garfield account, you need to get to it through the email you used to make the purchase as a guest.
