How do you send a return back to the seller when the post office says received unsealed and NO content !
Hi @vummm
You put whatever you received in an envelope or box ... attach the return shipping label to the outside ... and ship it out.
I'm assuming you've already filed a return request and received a free shipping label. If you did not ... then here's what you do:
File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request. Include photos of the empty packaging you received if asked to do so.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.

You did file a Item Not As Described return case, correct?
