IF you want to return an order because it was received damaged or 'not as described' in some way ... then follow these directions exactly:
File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos'** as the reason for the request. Include photos of the item if asked to do so.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
** If you want to return the item because you just don't like it OR some other 'buyer's remorse' reason ... AND the seller allows returns ... then choose a reason that best fits your situation.
Not enough info actually. If your item was defective in some way, the usual reason for a return, you need to find this item in your Purchase History, click on "want to return", then click on "not as described".
How about reading the Money Back Guarantee for further information?
