requested return and refund. I did not sell this item. Why would i refund the money?
A buyer purchased a speaker. Decided they did not want it and wants to return it for a refund. I did not sell this item. I have messaged him several times that i did not sell the item. He still wants a refund. Ebay continually Messages me that i must decide what i want to do and ignores my complaints that i did not sell this item.

·2 years agoIf the buyer has filed a return request for Not As Described your choices are -
Refund without return.
Send a shipping label and refund once you receive something (anything)
IF eBay gets involved the buyer will be refunded, keep the item, you will not get your FVFs refunded, and you will get a seller defect on your account.

·2 years agoSounds like a buyer saying I bought X, you sent me Y, so I want to return Y.
I assume the buyer is showing you something different to what you sold them?
Your post is contradicting First you say "a buyer purchased a speaker" " Then you say you did not sell this item"
Your sold listing show a sale for speaker on July 10th.

·2 years agoAre they asking to return the JBL speaker? If not, maybe you can screenshot (remove user names ect.) to show exactly what you need help with.
