Request a return label for a already refunded purchase. My buyer never got a return label
hello group.
Is there a way to generate a new return label if a return has already been closed out. It looks like my buyer got the refund.. but did not get the label to send back. Let me know.. very nice buyer. Just trying to figure this out. Cheers from Wisconsin.

·2 years agoNo, once you issued the refund the case was closed and they won't get a shipping label.
You'll have to buy a shipping label somewhere else and send it to them, then hope they use it to return the item.

·2 years agoI don't think you can issue a label from a closed case. Did you refund willingly before the item was returned, or did something happen where the item ended up arriving after the buyer had been refunded and they are honest enough to still return it?
You may have to send them money to return the item some other way... but if they decide to become dishonest they'll have the item, the refund, and the return shipping money.
