Report Seller she refuses to send me a return label she lied to EBay that we worked it out no don’t
I need EBay help to force seller XXXX to give me a return label so I can get my money back she wants me to make my label and pay to
mail I tried to expensive I don’t trust her to pay me back it is cheaper for her to return it get me
help I am tired fighting the witch you always guarantee money back I need my money back

I see they have free returns.
They will not be able to provide a shipping label.
You need to find out how much it's going to cost to return it will full tracking and they have to send you the money to pay for it.

You need to open an official eBay Return case if you wish to make a return.
Go to your "Purchase History" page.
Find the item which you wish to return.
At the far right is a column of blue ovals. Click on "More actions," then click on "Return this item."
You will be sent to the "Return request" page. In the rectangle below "Why are you returning this item?," scroll down the arrow until you find the correct reason for your return.
Click on that, and follow the rest of the instructions.
You may need to provide a photo.
Your seller will need to provide you a prepaid return label within a few days.
If the seller refuses to send you a return label, ask eBay to step in after 4 days, and eBay will provide a prepaid label for your return.
Don't allow the seller to delay this return any further -- they may make you some promises, which they do not intend to keep. Just open the return case, and wait for your return label.

·1 year agoInternational sellers cannot send you a shipping label, it's as @bennotbill stated. You have to determine cost of shipping, notify seller, seller sends funds. If you're not getting a result with that, ask ebay to step in. You would do well to stay clear of sellers with a feedback rating below 98.5% in the future.

·1 year agoAs your seller is in India the usual way, if it's an INAD, is you find out the cost of the return, tell the seller, they pay you, you return the item.

If you are entitled to a prepaid return label and the seller is not cooperating, you should be able to check the status of your eBay case and ask eBay to step in here:
