ReOpen a Return for Refund...
OK... I started a return of a phone case and then noticed it was not showing up in shipping tracking - One can't return something that one didn't get, so I canceled the return... then, the item showed up. and I notice that it is for an Iphone 16, while I have an iphone 15... oops, my bad I ordered the wrong case... So I still want to return for a refund, but now Ebay seems STUCK, in return/refund closed and will not let me restart for a refund. I tried calling and all I get is the call is outside normal working hours, and the Chat Bot, just circles around to the closed return. HOW do I reopen a return for a refund? or... is this a lesson learned and once you close a return you are now forever stuck with the item? Thanks for helping... and lastly, how the heck to you reach a human that works for Customer Service at Ebay?

·7 months agoYou could also Message the seller, explain the problem, including your error, and arrange a return for refund outside of eBay.
When you have been in a transaction with another member , exchanging contact information is easier.

·7 months agoIf you opened a return case, then closed it, you can't open another one. One shot. Since it wasn't a mistake by the seller, I would recommend you sell it to someone else yourself or give it away if you can't use it.
eBay customer service will not be able to do anything about that, btw.
