So I bought pokemon cards. They showed up. I gave them to my son. He immediately tells me they are fake. In wrong order, wrong type of paper, etc. Go to ebay look up my order and it is 'unavailable' and no longer able to be commented on. Tell ebay about seller through tools, they automatically kill all his listings. So I think "great, refund should be easy". At same time I open up dispute with paypal that seller is selling fake things and stop payment/start refund process. Here we are 40 days later and ebay just told paypal I have to ship the items back to the seller before they will give refund for fake cards. The same seller who they delisted all his items and essentially killed his account. I can not contact the seller, comments/returns auto processing for the listing are all turned off. I also have no way to directly contact anyone to get me out of this nightmare....stuck in an endless look of "go here, click here, help article, did this help.
