how can you request an immediate refund on an I seller who posted an item for sale response on an offer and several days later I pay for the item in full only to be messaged by the seller that he is deployed and will not be shipping item? You can’t speak with anyone at Ebay plus the item says is non refundable. oh hell no I want my money!

·2 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

·2 years agoContact Facebook Group...EBay For Business. They are USA Reps. If they won't help open an item not received case. Hopefully they aren't overseas. They may be scammers.
