Refunding a buyer
How do I change my returns excepted to " If the buyer uses a Ebay shipping label for returns the shipping costs will be deducted from refund" ?

Your 14-Day policy states that. (Look under the 'Returns' portion of your listings.) In a NAD instance, you pay... per policy.

It's not necessary to post more than one thread on the same topic.

·4 months agoThat only works if its a remorse or "made a mistake" return, assuming you accept returns. For INAD, sellers pay for all returns regardless if you accept returns or not
And if done properly, and a US to US transaction, there should always be a eBay label provided for a return

It sounds as if you want your buyers to take full responsibility for paying the postage for returns -- even in cases when the item is not as described, defective, damaged and/or missing items and pieces.
That's in violation of the eBay Money Back Guarantee -- so I would advise not adding that statement to your returns policy.
