Refunded but no return label
I filed 2 NAD (unrelated) cases. Neither seller responded so ebay refunded my payments without providing a return label. Is this normal? Should I have received a return label? Do I keep the items or what?

·8 months agoOnce eBay refunds, the case is over and you can keep the items. Your seller might not have wanted to pay the return shipping. However, they should have refunded in that case. Not responding and making eBay refund gets them a ding for poor customer service. They also don't get the selling fees refunded.
