Seller Not sending Refund All double - Negative all the way DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!!! In email said Not His Problem!!!! will remove this email when Refund is received!!! Bad listing was going to charge 70.00 for shipping when item should only be 10.00 or less I cancelled with buyer but payment already went through Now No Refund for $102.63 from him * All be careful with this seller*
I looked at that neg FB you left the seller @locamocha4ii3, and aside from you not being happy with the cost of shipping (which was displayed upfront before you made the purchase), I'm not clear what happened here.
Buyers can request to cancel a transaction, but sellers are not obligated to accept the cancellation request.
1. Did the seller accept the cancellation request?
2. Did you get a message from eBay saying you were refunded?
3. Did the seller ship the item?
4. As you posted this on the returns board, did you file a return request and return the item?
5. Is it safe to say you did not return anything since it was a "no returns" listing and your only complaint that I can see is the cost of shipping?
If it says the order was cancelled and refunded, then you need to ask your funding source (bank, credit card, etc) about the refund. eBay generally processes refunds within 48 hours, and after that it's up to your funding source. Most refunds take 3-5 business days to process, but some financial institutions can take up to 30 days.
If it does not say the order was cancelled and refunded, and the item was never shipped, then you'll need to file a non-receipt claim after the estimated delivery date passes.
Morale of story - look before you agree. Just because you want out afterwards does not mean you are legally entitled to back out. There are real estate & larger purchase items that specifically have similar clauses.
@locamocha4ii3 That feedback you left was senseless and uncalled for when the entire situation was your fault. You help give us buyers a bad name. It's your fault you didn't see how much they were charging for shipping and you should have made sure you knew that beforehand.
Feedback is not an email so I don't know why you say you will remove the email when you get a refund. If a transaction is canceled any payment would revert back to you, so if you didn't get it yet maybe you have a slow bank or something.
That is a lot for a shipping cost...but you did paid for it....and item sold for around $30. which was a low price for the cool old rather in new box item.
Add the shipping and cost of item together and it might be an OK price actually.
I think seller was experimenting with a low price item and high shipping price item to see the results.
This doesn't sound this is going to end in a positive manner.
You both buy and sell.
I suggest blocking the seller so seller does not buy from you and leave same feedback.
If buyer refunds it will return back on the credit card that was used...during business days only.

Their profile isn't available.
If you received a message stating you've been refunded you may need to check with your credit card company or bank if you used a debit card, to find out how they handle refunds. Only business days are counted. Not weekends because most banks are closed weekends.

OP2 years agoI cancelled within 15 minutes after I saw how much he was charging I asked to cancel order unless he
wants to change shipping. He said OK he said. So item was never sent When I cancelled the order
he changed shipping to 10.00 Then he didn't refund any.

·2 years agoThat doesn't make much sense @locamocha4ii3 , but here's the bottom line:
Go to your purchase history page here:
