Refund not received
Hello
I bought an item, cancelled it due to a wronh shipping address and bought it again.
I was assured a refund would arrive within 3-5 days, yet it never did...
What should I do?!

·1 year agoIf a refund was issued, depending on how you paid, it could be a complete billing cycle for the refund to show up.

·1 year agoBuyers cannot cancel; you can only request. Sellers must do the cancellation/refund which obviously your seller did not- so;
1.) What does it say when you find this item under 'my purchases'?
2.) What is the last estimated delivery date?
3.) does the item show that it has been shipped?
3a) with a tracking number?
4) if so, what does tracking say?
Note that you must open a 'not received' within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date or within 30 days of the item being shown as 'delivered'..per tracking.

OP1 year agoit says order was cancelled and a refund was issued and should be received within 3-5 business days
it says the refund was issued on 18/12/2024
no tracking no nothing - since it was cancelled and the money was sent
but the money was never received!
Even though eBays says the refund was issued, it is up to the payment source you used as to how it will be returned to your account.
Some credit cards don't register refunds until the next billing cycle.
If the transaction was cancelled you wouldn't get tracking.
