Refund not allowable
I want to refund money to a buyer. When I go the the particular site for this item I am not able to do a refund amount. At the button , where you state the amount is grayed out. I am not able to put a dollar amount in the box requesting the refund amount. It has worked for me in the past but is not working now. Any suggestions?

Did your buyer open a return request? That would be the only reason I can think of where you wouldn't be able to refund through the listings drop down menu.Â
