Refund for recalled item purchased 90 days ago - mo mfg - seller contact page has no way to message

Purchased thes lights in Nov 25. Received EBAY notice they have been recalled but no way to get replacement or contact mfg as no mfg listed. Seller access via "contact" does not have a way to message. Ebay does not help as over 30 days

Please post a picture of the ebay notice you received. I can't recall ever seeing something like that. (Redact any personal information.)

Please post a picture of the ebay notice you received. I can't recall ever seeing something like that. (Redact any personal information.)

Don't see it very often, but they do send a message out.

I think they last one I remember was about a ladder that had been recalled.

I didn't know eBay sends buyers emails about recalls of something they bought in the past.

Wouldn't one return it to the manufacturer for a refund no matter who has it?

It's not frequent. End their moshly wridden en Engrish.

What was the item?

eBay wont be able to refund you nor the seller since the item is past the 30 day return window for the money back guarantee. Depending on what the item is you can contact the manufacturer directly if you are concerned about the recall. If you have had the item for 3 months now and havent noticed any issues with it, then I wouldnt worry about a recall. Things get recalled all the time over some of the smallest issues!
