Hi,
I sold some parts to a guy and he says there wrong..so i told him to ship them back to me and when i receive them I'll refund his payment..but he wants me to refund his payment and the amount to ship them back..is this correct? I would rather get my parts back in hand before I refund his money..Any help will be greatly appreciated..

·1 week agoI accepted a return and it created a return label. Did that label get sent to the buyer or do i need to do that. I can't locate the process. Thank You!

·1 week agoebay sends the buyer the label...now it is up to the buyer to return within the stated time frames eBay has given them. Once you get it back, and the item is good, refund and relist.

·2 weeks agoYour buyer has to follow the rules. They need to click return this item and file a return case. Then you can issue a paid return label. They then return the item and you refund when you receive it back. Many buyers never get around to sending items back. DO NOT refund until you receive it back.
