Refund and return
I purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 pebble and it stopped working 2 weeks after I purchased it. Call Fitbit and was told the item was stolen. I contacted the seller to return the item and get my money back. The seller is has been non responsive and not is past the Ebay money back guarantee. They keep telling me to contact the seller. Is there any way to get my money back?

·2 years agoOpen an item not as described case. If the seller does not respond then you can ask eBay to step in and you will get a refund

·2 years agoIf the MBG has expired there's nothing you can do through Ebay.
Contact your payment source and see if there is anything they can do.

If you buyer does not reply, you can ask eBay to step and they'll take care of it and the seller will get a defect on their account. Just a suggestion...there is so much stolen merchandise on this platform. You can report the seller as well. One more scam seller is not what eBay needs & it hurts the good sellers who are honest. Follow thru with the link I provided and hopefully all will work in your favor.
