refund

I received a refund from a seller but I have not received it, it was refunded on Oct. 21, ebay says the issue has been solved because seller refunded me but they have not refunded me, and the seller keeps telling to contact ebay but I keep getting the same message from ebay. HELP

Depending on how you paid, refunds can take a few weeks to a complete billing cycle to show up in your account.

If you used a credit card to pay for the item (through ebay), the refund goes back to the payment source.

If you check your c.c. account online, you'll probably see the credit.

IF you received an email from eBay saying that you were refunded ... it could be that your bank takes longer than usual to process the refund on their end. eBay processes refunds in about 48 hours. Check with your payment source to see whether a refund is 'pending'. If not, then request a chargeback.
