·2 years agoDidn't the listing say you were covered by eBay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
30 days means you are covered for 30 days. Beyond 30 days past the expected delivery date means eBay can't help you to get a refund. You'll have to fall on your payment source but they have deadlines, too.
i'm sorry to say that I'm sure you lost your money.
Next time come here right away when you don't receive your item.

I also contacted eBay but still i couldn't get help with my refund because on the item there was not option for refund until the item dissapeared from my tracking desktop. So really need help how can i get my refund because that's a lot of money.

·2 years agoWhen a buyer doesn't receive his purchase within a few days of the last estimated delivery date as seen in the listing, the buyer has 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.
If the buyer misses that deadline, he has 180 days to open a case with Paypal, if that's how he paid.
Or, last chance, most credit cards give 180 days to do a chargeback on the credit card.
Am so sorry to inform you that there is no way for you to be refunded.
Why would you wait so long to pursue this?
And, if you are saying that the seller stated "no refunds" in his listing, that means nothing if a transaction goes wrong. EBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers explains all of this.

·2 years agoSo you did not receive your item?
You had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case with eBay.
If you paid with Paypal, you had 180 days to open a case there.
Most credit cards give you about 180 days to do a chargeback.
All of those options are now closed to you, so, sorry, there is no help available.
Not understanding why you would've waited so long.
May I suggest you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. It offers good help if a transaction goes wrong. ALL buyers as well as ALL sellers need to become acquainted with it, preferably BEFORE starting to buy or sell here.
