I have contacted this seller 3 times in the last 5 days and he has not answered any of them. I have tried to install this lock, The handle set screws are both different wrench fittings. One is a torx fitting and is smaller than a 9. I don't have one that small.The other is an allen wrench fitting that I have. The set contents says allen wrench but the is not one in the set. I did everything up to attaching the handles. Those handles do not fit as a set for that lock. One works fine the other will not go on the shaft. A molded portion of the latch hits a molded protion of the shaft and the set screw hole is on the wrong side. the whole set is not usable. I want my money back.!!!! Ebay keeps telling me to do a return but when I get it all done, the submit link is faded and will not let me submit. Ebay has not answered me on this and the only way I can tell them is with feed back which is a computer that tells me to do a return!!!1
