Receiving Error for refund cannot contact help

Your refund did not go through. Please use a different payment option and try again.

This is the error I'm receiving. I have a hold on funds that should cover this refund. I also changed my payment options, but nothing is working.

I have tried to contact help. The chat is down. When I call they tell me to go to the website.

Geez, I just want to give their money back.

If you have funds on hold, then all eBay is looking for is the $.30 Transaction Fee. Go to your Account Settings and add a credit card to your 'Preferred for selling costs' section. Good luck.
