Received "Fool's ("14K") GOLD!

I purchased two so called "14K Gold emerald rings from the same seller, in two different orders. I have been wearing them and they got less and less shiny! I finally was able to go to my jeweler, since I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and my wife of 56 years is very sick and bed-ridden. I asked my jeweler to inspect and polish them. He told me, they are fake 14K gold! Just electro-plated. I'm furious! I paid nearly $500 for each ring, both listed as "14K Gold ring." the 30-days are far behind due to the reasons above. Now what do I do to get my money back from this seller???

·2 weeks agoIf you paid by credit card, contact your card company. Some cover you for a year and others six months.

·2 weeks agoHow long since you ordered them? If less than 6 months you might have recourse through your payment source. If more than that you are out of luck.
Next time vet your sellers. Basically, any foreign seller is most likely a fraud.
