Received Damaged Item - It's been over 30 days
Purchased an item a around 35 days ago and when I received it had was partially broken. Contacted seller who opened up a USPS case. Haven't heard from USPS or seller since the initial investigation letter from USPS. Time has gotten away from me hence the over 30 days and the seller will now not respond. Any recourse?

·2 years agoIt's 30 days from delivery. First see if you can file a case with eBay. If that has past, and you paid by credit card, contact your card company. If not you have to file with the payment service you used.

·2 years ago@collectorscornerus the buyer should never have to wait on USPS.
You need to read the MBG.
You should have filed a claim with eBay and had the seller either refund you or send you a shipping label.
The seller needs to deal with USPS on their own and try for a refund BUT should not have strung you along.
At this point if it has been longer than 30 days since receipt of the item, you will need to go to PayPal or your CC for a refund.
