Received counterfeit watch, listing and seller account removed.

Hello, I bought a watch a few days ago. I received it today, and it turned out to be a "counterfeit" item. I just went to the listing, and it now shows the error message "We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages. The seller is also "No longer a registered user".
How do I get my refund? I am still seeing the "return this item" option, but I'm not sure if that's the right way to proceed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can either file a return request with eBay … making sure you ask eBay to step in after 3 business days have passed after filing if the seller fails to respond …OR you can go directly to your credit card company (if you paid with one) and request a chargeback.

Personally, I use a c.c. dispute as a last resort after all other options fail.

I'd file NAD (not as described) through the order. You should win the dispute.
