Purchased a product as a guest. Never received ship confirmation. Cannot contact seller.

I need to contact ebay. Purchased item as a guest. No shipping confirmation ever showed. Received the item. It was horrible. Smelled like it had been Febreezed over and over again. Looks NOTHING like the photo. I have no way to contact the seller, as the item is not listed in my purchase history.

Is there any way to contact ebay directly>

Is there any way to contact the seller under these circumstances?

I definitely need to return this and deserve a refund.

If you bought as a guest you should have gotten an email confirmation and click to the item through that. It won't show on your account if you didn't purchase through said account.

@metamo-9270 One important step here: you need to completely log out of your eBay account before clicking the link in your order confirmation email. If you don’t still have that email, try the link in this article: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/paying-items/buying-guest?id=4035
