Printing return label
I am having trouble printing a return label. I received the attachment with the label but no matter what I do I cannot get it to enlarge. I even had other people try so I can't think it's my printer or my settings. I have never had the problem before. I even reprinted a previous label and the size was fine. The file is a PDF and the size is a 335 KB. Could this be the problem? Suggestion.

·3 years agoI know it's wasteful, but could you print one, then enlarge it through your printer's settings and reprint? 🤔

OP3 years agoThank you for responding. I tried that but it didn't work. Might have to take it somewhere and try it but I'm disabled and sold my van. I'm beginning to think about keeping the item. Thanks again

OP3 years agoThe size that it is printing is less than 3x5y so this is a good idea if it larger but for the size to be increased would be nearly impossible to achieve. The seller finally said if I took the box in (would be doing that anyway) UPS could create a label for me. Hope this helps someone in the future. Thank you for your response.
