Poor seller approach
Hello,
I purchased an Omega mens high end watch from seller. I believe it was my right to ask various questions but seller appeared annoyed. He claims such a great selling record but does this mean he can "Never" approach a transaction in a poor manner...so, in this instance he did. His post stated "No Returns". Shortly after receiving watch he got me again at additional cost for additional link so the watch would fit an adult male. It cost me for jeweler to install the link...then while the watch was on a auto winder the bracelet fell apart. Watch stopped due to not using. Watch is automatic. Then when resetting the time it was discovered that the crown does not screw down enough to secure a water seal. This is a high end "Divers" watch. Must be protected from water. Seller not happy that I wanted to work out a deal or return the watch. His review shows what he did to another buyer...not returning full amount of sale. I do not trust this seller that he would do the same to me. Then he "Blocked" me and stopped all communication to try to resolve the matter. Can someone help ? Thanks,

·2 years agoPoor buyer approach.
It seems your not happy with a lot purchases from your feedback left for others.
It doesn't surprise me the seller blocked you.
Its too bad the seller didn't read your "feedbacks for others".

Not sure though about the watch being opened and damaged.

·2 years agoYou can start a 'return for refund' within 30 days of delivery (eBay Money Back Guarantee) and use 'Not As Described' for the reason. Seller will have to provide return shipping label. If seller is Top Rated, they can use a 'up to 50% off' your refund- if they do, contact ebay through facebook (ebay for business).
If over 30 days, but reasonable, you can possibly get with your payment source (paypal or bank/credit card) for a chargeback.
