poor quality exhaust parts
fastandfurious_exhaust, they do not honor their warranty, purchased a flex pipe with a 5 year warranty, it fell apart in less then 2 years, contacted them with 3 polite e mails through e bay with clear pictures, no reply at all, filed a complaint with ebay, not sure of the outcome, buyer beware, very poor quality parts.

·2 years agoThe seller is the manufacturer. I don’t see a five-year warranty represented, but it has been a couple of years, so maybe the seller descriptions have changed.

·2 years agoWith ebay, you have 30 days to begin to try and remedy a purchase gone bad, paypal and credit card companies give considerably more time, but after 2 years? Nothing to be done on this site.
As simba6 points out, warranties offered by sellers on here are mostly just marketing tools to get you to buy...especially true if the seller is not an authorized distributor of the product.

·2 years agoThere is no warranty on most items sold here. It's the company that made the product that honors any warranty. However, most only cover items sold by a factory dealer. Many aftermarket parts are made by only a few large companies in China. They use thousands of shell companies whose name is used to market them under. But there is really no company to file a claim with. Those warranties are just a marketing tool and mean nothing.
