The product was damaged and was returned after consultation with the seller.
I have shipped the item to the seller's country and the seller paid for the shipping via Paypal.
However, the seller refused to receive it due to customs clearance issues.
I did not receive shipping due to seller paypal claim.
Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?

·3 years agoDid you open an ebay Return Request for an Item Not as Described? Return to the request and ask ebay to step in, make sure to included the tracking number.
What is the PayPal claim for? If shipping, respond to PayPal with the tracking number.

2. and then filed a PayPal claim to get all that cash back,
3. so you ended up paying return shipping?
