Please can someone help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought some sneakers.
Seller sent x 2 different sizes and now I have x 2 shoes I cant wear.
He has only partially refunded me and wont communicate with me.
I have tried to get help and eBay are not responding to any of my emails.
Does anyone know what I can do ?

·11 months agoStop communicating with the seller and eBay. Find the order in your Purchase History and use the drop-down menu to 'Return this item'. Cite one of the 'Not as Described' reasons, wait for the seller to send you a return shipping label and send the shoes back for a full refund. You'll be made whole.

Oh thanks so much for your help, the seller has partially refunded me, and then told me to talk with ebay.
He said keep the shoes, it's like what the heck am I going to to do with x 2 totally different shoe sizes.
I have tried this to do a return to try and get the link to ask ebay to step in but I get blocked at every turn.
I keep getting the link saying you have been refunded fully, but when I look at the google summary its only partial, and I have had only partial when I checked my credit card.

OP11 months agoI thought to give it another go- an yep its saying " you cant open a return for this item the seller already gave you a full refund- which is untrue 😞
