Photo upload for a return is not working

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have tried to upload several different types of photos - jpg, jpeg, bmp, png and I keep getting an error that the photo has to be one of those types. It is. Any thoughts on how to rectify this issue?

The photos @Anonymous in the listing are in the correct format. Download (right-click or long-press or whatever) on one of those photos, to upload it into your return page. Type 2 lines into the comments, then Submit.

Later, you can send more photos via your "My Messages" message to the seller, if you'd like.

Thanks, but, none of those steps work - drag and drop or using the file browser to select the picture, I still the the error

"We were unable to upload your photo(s). Please try again with a JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF or BMP file."

After you right-click on a photo in the listing

-- to "Open image in a new tab"

Change the extension in the URL to .jpg and load that URL

-- then save that new image, to upload into your return.
