I take it you need to get a photo from your phone to your PC?
What I do is plug my phone charging cord into a USB slot on my PC, in fact that's how I charge my phone every morning.
Anyway on my PC, Win 11 with Open Shell (Makes the interface look like Win 7) I go to "This PC" and find my phone and then the camera files and drag and drop the desired photos into a folder on my desktop or an external hard drive depending on where I want them.
I don't know what operating system you are using but you get the idea. You can drag and drop photos, music files etc. directly from your phone to your PC and vice versa. I change the music on my phone this way on an almost daily basis.
