Partial refund never sent
Seller offered a partial refund, I accepted. It’s been past 5 business days and I was not sent the partial refund. How do I get eBay involved to send the partial refund. It says “The seller has initiated a partial refund of to your original payment method. If you don’t receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days, you can ask us to step in and help.†How do I get eBay to step in?

·2 years agoi don't know why they say 3 to 5 days.
Depending on your funding source, it could take a few days, a few weeks to a couple months for a refund to show up in your account.

·2 years agoShould be able to go back into the return case a see if the ask eBay to step in option is available.
If the option is not available, use Social Media to contact eBay and explain your situation.
