Partial Refund Instead of a Full One

Seller is telling me they provided a full refund; however, I only got a partial one.

I.e. paid $15.57 for a used dress, that did not fit. I returned the item completely and as it was sent to me. I only received back a partial refund of $8.12 for an item I did not get to keep. Anyone help please!

Is the difference what you paid in original shipping?

Seller can deduct the original shipping you paid for a remorse return.
