Participants underscore the importance of understanding online selling policies to avoid disputes.
Our store policy clearly states “No Returns.”
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept personal-use products that have been opened or used, such as lipstick, mascara, face creams, lotions, and other cosmetics.
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use products are non-returnable once opened or used.
Why buyers still asking for refund? When they opened and used product...why it's allowed and it's not safe For other customers health..?
What to do..you can just buy, used, and try to return...if it's clear said on the page return not acceptable?

·1 week agoNo such thing as no returns selling in this venue. Just add a small amount to all your prices to cover such loss.

·1 week ago@irineickman-0 If any of the health items which you sell cause an adverse and/or dangerous condition to a buyer, your "No Returns" policy may be the least of your problems.
Refund immediately, with no arguments involved.

·1 week ago"No returns" means you don't have to accept returns for remorse reasons.
But if a buyer claims (legitimately or not) that an item isn't "as described," you have just 2 options:
Issue a refund without a return
accept the return, supply a return shipping label and issue a full refund on receipt of the return
With that said, although you claim not to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons, the same would apply to the shoes and clothing listings should a buyer claim NAD.

·1 week agoNo returns doesn't mean no refunds.
If you want no returns then fine stick by that and just refund them without the return.

·1 week agoYou obviously have NO clue how 'selling online' works. ANY electronic payment can be reversed-
Here on Ebay
On Amazon
Or ANY other site- called a 'Chargeback'.
I guess you need to chalk it all up to a 'learning' lesson.

·1 week agoThe MBG says they have 30 days to return an item.
If you don't want it returned, just refund the buyer.

·1 week agoYou don't have to have them Return It, but...you have to allow them the opportunity for a Refund through the Return system. No way around that, otherwise it would lock buyers out of getting their money back especially from INAD circumstances.
