You started another thread about the Rolex you bought not working. But you also said you do not wear it at night.
The seller did not lie to you. The Rolex probably works just fine. You just don't know how to take care of it.
You were advised that Rolex watches are "self-winding" and must be worn to wind themselves. When you do not wear it at night, there is no movement to the mechanism and the watch will stop. If you are not going to wear it at night, you need to buy a watch winder to put it on at night, which keeps the watch in motion and "winds it up".
Not to be critical, but a Rolex watch is not like a regular wind-up or battery watch. You have to take care of a Rolex. If you do not understand what goes into owning a Rolex, it is probably better that you do return it to the seller.

I'm so sorry your purchase didn't turn out to be as you expected. Follow these directions exactly to get your refund:

·11 months agoWhen a buyer receives an item that's not as described, as you did, he is well protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
You need to find this transaction in your Purchase History.
Click on "want to return". Click on "not as described".
This opens an NAD case. You wait 3 days for a response from your seller.
He's supposed to send you a prepaid return label if he wants his item back.
If that does not happen, on day #4, you return to the case and ask eBay to step in.
You'll be refunded from the seller's funds.
Now, please take the time to read the MBG. Hopefully, you'll have no more issues, but, if you do, it's good to know exactly what to do.

You need to go to your purchase history, find the watch, click the “more actions “ drop down menu, click return this item. Select your reason for return. Take a picture because you will need it for the return process to complete.
You shouldn’t post your email address in this public forum, you might be contacted by kooks and crooks.
