·2 weeks agoOne generalization one can draw from buyer experiences on Ebay is that any mistake a buyer makes after the sale is irreversible.
Whether you reach an Ebay CSR or not, whatever a CSR might tell you, a mistake like closing a return request is irreversible.

eBay is not here. This is a user forum. If you want help you will have to ask a question and provide some details of what you are trying to do.
Once closed, an eBay return cannot be opened again.
You may still have recourse through your payment method, depending on the details.
