I'm having trouble with a machine I recently purchased from eBay for $700. Unfortunately, it arrived faulty - it leaks, has weak power, and takes several minutes to fill up the solution. I contacted eBay several times but was directed to work with the seller who is unresponsive and unwilling to cover the shipping costs, which amount to another $700. I'm frustrated because eBay's buyers protection policy should cover refunds and shipping if the seller is uncooperative, but the last representative I spoke with, named Ronny from the leadership department, refused to escalate the situation because I had selected "just don't like it" as my reason for returning the item. They dismissed it as buyer's remorse without taking into account the damage. I hope eBay can change their policy and be more receptive to customers who receive faulty products.
