not enough return cost provide by seller
And also no phone number so i can't book shipment
I tried to say to ebay but would just end chat
I am on second hold for 5 days +4so 9
I was told get refund last week by cs
So far it hasent been going forward

So... you've opened a Return and are awaiting a return shipping label? If so, have you returned to the claim and asked eBay to step in? I ask because it's all automated... you don't need to speak to anyone.
Can you explain your situation a bit more? Maybe posters here have experience in what is happening and can advise.
Edit to add: I see that you're in Sweden. I'm in the US, so my questions come from what I'm used to here. 😉

Do you have the seller's address? (I don't think you need a phone number.) If so, can you transfer the label funds from PayPal to your bank account to post the package? I think all you need is a scan showing the return is on the road.
I'm hoping to bump your post so that someone with knowledge will stop by. Hang in there for smarter people. 🙂

And I can't check if seller messages is blocked
There isn't much I can do otherwise suggest to text off-site there

One were decent but agent switched name text next time I only got 1 day left to resolve with seller
And I can't get hold of the return funds in days as most postal service don't accept paypal

·1 year agoThat is an old trick @Anonymous to send return postage by PayPal for Goods and Services. After you use that cash (plus your own money) to send the item back to China
-- If tracking never shows delivered, the seller files an Item Not Received INR dispute at PayPal within 180 days to get their payment back.
-- Otherwise, the seller files a Significantly Not As Described SNAD dispute on the Goods and Services payment (doesn't matter whether tracking shows delivered, not relevant when SNAD) within 30 days to get their payment back.
Because it's a Goods and Services payment. It needs to be a Friends and Family payment at PayPal.
With almost no time left now, leave a private message here to tell eBay that you still don't have a prepaid return label. Then only if eBay asks, explain that the return postage is insufficient and should be sent as Friends and Family.
eBay will hold for another 5 days for the seller to either refund no return needed, or send a proper payment. Then if neither has happened at the end of the hold, you'll get a forced refund no return needed.
