No returns on "new Ãtems"
A seller has new phones for sale and does not accept returns.
If the phone arrives with a factory defect, does eBay offer a warranty?
Or will my money be lost?

·2 years agoIf you are asking this before you purchase the item than i suggest you find another seller. If an item arrives not as described, yes you can get your money back but why deal with the possibility of a problem. Personally i would purchase a phone in person from an authorized phone store/dealer. Yes you may pay more but at least you will have some recourse and possible support if there are any issues. IMHO

·2 years agoIf it's defective, the MBG is good for 30 days from the time you receive the item.
The MBG overrules the sellers no returns.
