No phone call
eBay claimed to contact me regarding a dispute of a refund in full. I have been sitting by my phone for more than an hour and i recieved no calls. This is who we decided to do business with. Never Again for me.

·10 months agoOthers have given you good advice on what to do, but I wanted to add that usually when someone doesn’t get a callback from eBay, it’s because they’re using a VoIP phone that doesn’t route those calls correctly, or they have their phone set to ignore or block unknown callers.

You don't need to speak to eBay. If it's the item you left bad feedback for, that's not how to ask for a refund.
Find the item in your Purchase History and use the drop down 'Actions' menu to 'Return this item'. You can cite 'Item didn't match description' and your seller will either send you a return shipping label (refunding you in full upon the item's return to the seller) or issue you a refund without requiring a Return.
If the seller hasn't reacted to your Return request after 3 days, go back to the Case and escalate it to eBay. You'll be made whole. I'd also offer that you read the Money Back Guarantee. It's very effective when used properly. Good luck.

Phone reps will usually not give the correct information out.
And your account is from 2020 with only one sale...
