Nightmare with Ebay and seller selling inoperable modem router
First time using Ebay a nightmare modem router received not operable due to password issue tried to return seller closed ticket with an hour tried to reach seller who did not reply back to email tried to reach ebay for 4 days could not reach finally talked to an agent by phone telling me the ticket was posted 1 day after the 30 day return window and I was not able to get any resolution or refund and disconnected the call

·2 weeks ago · EditedThis is a easy return claim for INAD if you do it within ebay's 30 day MBG window. Let that pass, and you make it very difficult to get a refund. At this point, eBay cannot help you....you need to go to your bank/CC/payment source for help.
Btw, there is no ticket for a seller to close, buyers just file for INAD case and you receive a usable return label issued by eBay. Once tracking shows return, the buyer refunds you or after 3 days you ask eBay to step in for the refund. Sellers are darn near powerless to deny a INAD return

If you missed the 30 day deadline, there's nothing Ebay will do now.
